Warranty Information

We want you to be confident that your Gearhunterz.com product is made with quality components and durable. All products bearing “lifetime warranty” and purchased through an authorized Gearhunterz.com dealer or distributor come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacture Warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. Products bearing a warranty period such as “1-year warranty” and purchased through an authorized Gearhunterz.com dealer or distributor come with the same warranty coverage but for the period specified. A copy of the original receipt may be required for warranty repair or replacement. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our products and is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.

Gearhunterz.com is the ONLY authorized seller on any online marketplace, and does not authorize any person or company to sell any Gearhunterz.com products directly, or as a 3rd party seller, to any online marketplace or auction site. Product purchased directly from an Authorized Dealer or Distributor’s own website is permitted. Any warranty claim for product purchased online from a marketplace will require proof of purchase showing Gearhunterz.com item number.

This warranty does not cover batteries or any damage caused by batteries, battery leakage, battery corrosion, LED burnout, alteration of any kind, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

If your Gearhunterz.com product fails to perform properly due to a defect in manufacturing, please contact the warranty team at Gearhunterz.com. All returns must have a return authorization number or they cannot be accepted. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion. Product must be returned, postage paid, to the Gearhunterz.com. Warranty Return address below. Gearhunterz.com will pay the return shipping costs within Canada and the United States.

REPAIR: If a product is repaired under the Gearhunterz.com warranty claim service, Gearhunterz.com will pay shipping costs to return the repaired product.

REPLACEMENT OR PARTS: If the defective product is not returned and Gearhunterz.com determines that a replacement, an upgrade, or parts are necessary to resolve the defect, the customer will be required to pay a nominal shipping fee on the replacement, upgrade, or parts sent under the warranty claim.

If Gearhunterz.com is not able to repair the defective product and the same item or a similar replacement item is not available, an upgrade will be offered. If none of these remedies resolves the warranty claim at Gearhunterz.com discretion, a final solution of a credit towards the purchase of any Genesis or Spark product will be provided.
