I have a defective product what do I do?
Return the defective product with the original sales receipt to the point of purchase for a replacement.

More than 1 year after purchase:
Return the defective product with a copy of the original sales slip, freight prepaid and insured, to GENESIS. Contact the GENESIS customer service department (1-613-525-5533) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your region. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

What is the charging procedure for the Genesis Epic Flashlight?
Connect the micro USB Cable to the flashlight press the power button on the tail switch to activate the charging procedure. Blue light will charge until fully charged.
